Linda Diane Cook Posted on December 7, 2018 0 FOREST — Linda Diane Cook, of Findlay, died at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, at her residence under Bridge Hospice Care after a 10-year battle with cancer. She was 48. The funeral is noon Monday at Clark Shields Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Mellott officiating. Burial will be held at a later date in Hueston Cemetery. Visitation is 10 a.m. to noon Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or Bridge Hospice in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home, 301 S.
