Alma Hensel Posted on January 2, 2024 0 Alma Jean Hensel, age 85, formally of Upper Sandusky and Waldo, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2023, at 10:15 p.m. at Brookdale Lakeview Crossing Assisted Living and Memory Care in Groveport. Funeral services for Jean Hensel are at 11 a.m. Friday at Lucas Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with Pastor Steve Sturgeon officiating. Burial will follow at Oak HIll Cemetery. Visitation for Jean is from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Lucas Batton Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Upper Sandusky Community Library and the Marseilles Park, and can be sent to Lucas Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
