Carey mayor learns what its like to have disability as part of DD awareness month CAREY — March is Developmental Disability Awareness month, and that means another community leader was chosen to be placed in the shoes of someone with a disability. This year’s volunteer was Carey Mayor Jennifer Rathburn.
