Health department encourages vaccines The Wyandot County Health Department encourages people to protect themselves and their families this season with an annual flu vaccine for everyone who is 6 months of age and older. While the timing of flu season is unpredictable, seasonal flu activity can begin as early as October and last as late as May. Read More
New book club meets at USCL this week Upper Sandusky Community Library has two book clubs for community members who like to gather and discuss their love of books. Fantasy of Lights seeks sponsors, volunteers The 21st annual Upper’s Winter Fantasy of Lights is set for Dec. 1 through Dec. 30 with a Fantasy Walk scheduled for Nov. 30 to kick off the 30-day event. Alzheimer’s walk set for Sat. TIFFIN — Tiffin area residents will join the fight to end Alzheimer’s disease at the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday. In 2016, the Walk in Tiffin raised over $76,000 contributing to more than $76 million raised nationwide for care, support and research efforts for those impacted by Alzheimer's. Read More
