Phyllis A. Hartman Posted on November 23, 2016 0 FINDLAY — Phyllis A. Hartman, of Rawson, died at 4:50 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016 at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. She was 74. The funeral is at 10 a.m. Saturday at Coldren-Crates Funeral Home, Findlay, with the Rev. Chris Cravens officiating. Interment will follow at Clymer Cemetery.
