Frank Chapman Posted on October 11, 2022 0 SYCAMORE — Frank Thomas Chapman was born Oct. 6, 1941, in Norwalk, to the Rev. Frank B. Chapman and Geneva (Byers) Chapman. A memorial graveside service of Frank’s cremains will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Union Cemetery in the family plot on CH 128, just off old U.S. 30 near Upper Sandusky, officiated by the Rev.
