Jacoby, 31, of Highland Heights, Kentucky, passed away Saturday evening, Aug. 31, 2019, at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. His memorial service is 10 a.m. Thursday at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH 44883, with Pastor Jacob Yager officiating. Military Honors by the United Veterans Council will follow the service at the funeral home. Friends may visit and share stories with the family from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
