SYCAMORE — Ronald E. Wagner, ge 86, of 74 Adams St., McCutchenville, died at 7:14 p.m., Friday, Dec. 3, 2021 at home. 

He was born ec. 13, 1934, n Wyandot County to Ernest and Leefee (Pfeifer) Wagner. He first married Barb (Van Horn) Wagner and they later divorced. He then married Janet (Mullholand) Wagner on Nov. 26, 1963, and she died Sept. 28, 2001.     

Surviving are the following children, Jody (Rhonda) Wagner, rural McCutchenville; Randy (Jodell) Wagner, rural Tiffin; and Tena (Darrin) Morehart, rural McCutchenville. Also surviving are eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren; plus one sister, Mary Margraf, Sycamore; two brothers, Richard (Angela) Wagner, Jacksonville, Florida and Larry (Sherry) Wagner, Bucyrus. 

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lu Ann Goist in 2012; granddaughter Natalie in 2003; and one great-granddaughter; hree sisters, Irene Young, Martha Bogart and Sylvia Bell; and three brothers, Harold Wagner, Paul Wagner and Glenn Wagner.  

Ronald was a truck driver for RDS Mowery, Tiffin, for many years and also early in life worked for Harley Forth Construction. 

For hobbies he loved to work on anything that had a motor and also loved to ride his motorcycle, and later in life, his golf cart.  

Funeral services for Ronald are 2 p.m. Thursday at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, with the Rev. Elyse Cramer officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery, McCutchenville. Visitation is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday before the uneral service. Masks are recommended for the visitation or the funeral service.
