Lois Prater Posted on August 15, 2022 0 CAREY — Lois A. Prater, 89, of Carey, passed away peacefully at 4:02 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022, at the Independence House in Fostoria with family by her side. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home in Carey. The funeral service for Lois is 1:30 p.m. Tuesday with Pastor Cynthia Morrison officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Carey. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dorcas Carey Public Library or Bridge Home Health and Hospice and sent to the funeral home.
