Floyd Culver Posted on November 1, 2023 0 DEFIANCE — Floyd A. Culver, age 82, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2023, surrounded by his family at his residence in Defiance. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 17 at First Presbyterian Church in Defiance, with Pastor Ann Wasson officiating. A reception will be held at the church immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First Presbyterian Church, or Southern Care Hospice.
