Warriors have no problem winning without Hayman

CAREY — The Mohawk Warriors got an opportunity to see what life would be like without all-time leading scoring Zach Hayman on Friday night. Hayman, who is nursing a knee injury, entered the game second in the Northern 10 Athletic Conference with a 21.1 per game scoring average, but he was not available to his team in the Division IV sectional championship game at Carey.

BUCYRUS — There was only one college that Wynford senior Ryan Stevely visited, and only one college he wanted to attend. On Thursday at Wynford High School, Stevely signed a national letter of intent to run cross country at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, an NAIA university in Mount Vernon.
