Rams split with Chieftains Upper Sandusky and Hopewell-Loudon split in a pair of one-run games Saturday in nonconference baseball action, with the Chieftains winning the opener 8-7 in nine innings and the Rams taking the second game 7-6. Hopewell-Loudon scored four times in the top of the seventh to tie the game at six before Upper Sandusky won it in the bottom of the seventh on a Diago Cazares RBI. Upper Sandusky bounces back to win 2nd Hopewell-Loudon rallied in the opener for a 7-6 win in eight innings but Upper Sandusky took an 8-2 victory in the second game of a softball double header Saturday at Upper Sandusky. Warriors walk off in 2nd game for sweep SYCAMORE — Mohawk hit three home runs on the day but used some small ball to finish off a nonconference softball sweep of South Central on Saturday.
