Shifflett, Greeneville, Tennessee, was cited for driving under suspension, expired plates and possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on U.S. 23 southbound near CH 121 the morning of May 1. An officer on patrol observed a resident on the 300 block of West Finley Street burning a large pile of sticks in their back yard the afternoon of May 1.
