A deputy responded to a disabled vehicle call at the intersection of Ohio 53 and CH 57 early the morning of Aug. 15. The motorist was transported to Upper Sandusky.

The owner of an elevator on Pennington Street, Sycamore, filed a vandalism report after it was discovered someone had gained entry into one of the buildings and attempted to steal two carts full of miscellaneous tools the morning of Aug. 12.

Dean B. Rose, Tiffin, was transported by Upper Sandusky Emergency Medical Services to Wyandot Memorial Hospital with incapacitating injuries following a motorcycle crash on CH 4 just west of Ohio 53 early the morning of Aug. 1.

Shawn M. Morris and O’Neal Marshall, both of Mansfield, were warned for slow speed at the intersection of U.S. 23 and Ohio 53 the night of Aug. 20. A Bel Air, Maryland, man was reported to be walking on East Wyandot Avenue the night of Aug. 20.

Anthony M. Bucher, Napoleon, was cited for window tint and warned for unsafe vehicle and insufficient exhaust at the Ohio 53 and Ohio 67 north split early the morning of Aug. 20. Arthur L. Wilson, Upper Sandusky, was warned for insufficient exhaust at the intersection of West Johnson and Summit streets early the morning of Aug. 20.

An officer responded to a report of a 17-year-old who was out past curfew and on probation the night of Aug. 19. It was discovered the son was home but had not informed his father he had returned.

An Upper Sandusky man reported his shed in the 700 block of South Seventh Street was broken into and a bike was stolen the night of Aug. 18. A suspect’s name was given to an officer.

An accident at the intersection of West Finley Street and North Hazel Street involving a school bus and pickup truck was reported the afternoon of Aug. 18. Lisa A. Kin, McCutchenville, and Jerry L. Randall, Upper Sandusky, were listed as the drivers.

The K9 unit was dispatched to assist the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office with a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 23 and CH 50 early the morning of Aug. 17. K9 Hunter indicated on the vehicle.

An Upper Sandusky man reported a possible drunk driver in the 1700 block of East Wyandot Avenue the night of Aug. 13. An Upper Sandusky man reported a man passed out on the sidewalk in the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue early the morning of Aug. 14.
