A Carey man pleaded guilty to a fourth-degree felony charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor Wednesday in Wyandot County Common Pleas Court. Alec M. Tiell, 20, admitted to having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl when he was 19 years old.
