Mission summer worship to begin

Weekly worship services at the historic Old Mission Church in Upper Sandusky will take place again this year from the first Sunday in June through the last Sunday in August. Nestled among the grave markers and under grand oak trees, sounds of the 8 a.m. worship services drift out of open windows and are heard by area neighbors.

Amanda and Kyle Chandler, of North Olmstead, are the parents of a boy, Parker David Chandler. He was born at 3:41 a.m. Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Fairview Hospital, Cleveland.

Steps to help a person who is feeling suicidal

The Suicide Prevention Coalition of Seneca, Sandusky and Wyandot Counties works to increase awareness of issues related to suicide. One important way the coalition aims to bring awareness is to educate the community on three steps to help someone in a mental health crisis.
