Upper Sandusky Community Library recently released its March calendar of events.

Upper Sandusky Middle School has set a goal this school year to collect 100,000 box tops to raise $100,000 in a program that helps offset the cost for the school trip to Washington, D.C. Box Tops for Education is a program started by General Mills that helps communities provide students the tools needed for success by generating cash that can be used for whatever is needed most.

Wyandot County Public Health now is affiliated with the Cribs for Kids program, providing free Graco Pack’n Play and Safe Sleep kits to income-eligible families who do not have a safe sleep environment for children younger than 1 year.

BUCYRUS — Wynford Junior High and High School recently released the names of students who were named to the honor roll for the second nine weeks of the 2016-17 school year. Students are listed by grade level. An asterisk indicates all A’s.

KIRBY — Riverdale Community Lions Club will host a pancake and sausage breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 12 at St. Mary Center in Kirby. Each meal will include whole-hog sausage, buttermilk pancakes and a drink.
