‘A Night at Heritage Museum’

Marion County Historical Society will present the 11th Annual “A Night at Heritage Hall” from 7-9 p.m. March 24-25. Guests will be night watchmen at the Heritage Hall Museum, 169 E. Church St., Marion, where they will discover that all the exhibits come to life after the sun sets.

Area schools take part in Box Tops for Education collection

Upper Sandusky Middle School has set a goal this school year to collect 100,000 box tops to raise $100,000 in a program that helps offset the cost for the school trip to Washington, D.C. Box Tops for Education is a program started by General Mills that helps communities provide students the tools needed for success by generating cash that can be used for whatever is needed most.

Special needs planning event set for March 14

Attorneys Bill Root and Logan Phillips, of Resch, Root & Phillips LLC, and Eric Ochmanek from the Ohio treasurer’s office will talk about tax-advantage savings accounts for individuals with disabilities and their families and other special needs planning from 6:30-8 p.m. March 14 at Angeline School and Industries.
