Ten area authors gathered for a book-signing event Saturday at McCutchenville’s historic Overland Inn. Organized by inn curator Cassie Carlson, the event included authors from Wyandot County and the surrounding area and one who wrote about her ancestors who lived in Wyandot County.

The Indian Mill Historical Site and Museum on CH 47 revealed several new exhibits during an open house ceremony Saturday afternoon. Representatives from Ohio History Connection and Chief Ted Roll of the Wyandot of Anderdon Nation introduced several new displays as part of the unveiling after about two years of work, said George Kane, director of historic sites for OHC.
