Upper native reunites with boy after helping realize his dreams The Make-A-Wish Foundation vision is “to grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition,” according to the organization’s website. But 18 years ago the granting of one teenage boy’s wish did not satisfy his love for planes.
