Four educators new to staff at Upper Sandusky schools Four new teachers with ties to Wyandot County and the surrounding area have joined the staff at the Upper Sandusky Exempted Village School District for the 2016-17 academic year. Clothing swap Area residents lined up inside the Upper Sandusky Community Library on Thursday evening for the biannual clothing swap. Two rooms in the library basement were filled with donations of gently used and new clothing given in the past two weeks, and the public was invited to stop into the library starting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday to choose from a variety of clothing, including different styles and sizes, accessories, shoes, purses and more.
