Safety blotter: April 14, 2016 Rickey T. Perrin, Findlay, was arrested in Lucas County on two bench warrants out of Upper Sandusky Municipal Court and transported back to the Wyandot County Jail. The first warrant was for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana and the second warrant was for driving under a non-compliance suspension, insufficient exhaust, driving under an FRA suspension and a safety belt violation.
