The Upper Sandusky Middle School Athletic Boosters student-athletes of the month are Lindsay Weininger (left) and Ben Patchett. Weininger is a leader in both athletics and in the classroom. East preschool gets top rating

In recognition of a commitment to quality and an ongoing dedication to the learning and development of children, East Preschool, a preschool program of the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center, has received a Five-Star Step Up To Quality Award from the state of Ohio.

Cooking classes start May 8

A series of four one-hour long programs is being offered by the SNAP-Ed program assistant from the Wyandot County Ohio State University Extension service. Tami Baumberger once again will conduct a series of Cooking with Tami sessions at the Open Door Resources Center in Upper Sandusky.
