FOREST — Richard “Dick” W. Flowers, of Forest, died peacefully Aug. 12, 2025, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. He was 85. Visitation is 10 a.m. to noon Monday at Clark Shields Funeral Home. Pastor Ken Gray will officiate the service beginning at noon and a private burial will follow.
