Elben “Elrod” D. Adkins Posted on June 8, 2019 0 Elben “Elrod” D. Adkins, age 56, of Upper Sandusky, passed away at 12:41 a.m. Friday, June 7, 2019, at his residence. Visitations for Elben Adkins will be held from 2-6 p.m. Monday at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. Following the visitation, there will be a celebration at the Boxcar Tavern on Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family of Elben Adkins Memorial Fund to help with funeral expenses.
