Hopewell-Loudon defense shuts down Carey FREMONT — Carey was not about to let All-Ohio 6-foot-3 sophomore Makayla Elmore beat them Saturday night. Instead, Olivia Zender and Hopewell-Loudon’s defense did in a 45-21 Chieftains victory in a Division IV sectional final at Fremont Ross.
