MORRAL — Sydney Swavel blasted her second and third home runs of the season, and Cassidy Rall added a home run as Upper Sandusky blew out Ridgedale, 14-0, in a Northern 10 Athletic Conference softball game Tuesday. The Rams (7-4, 3-1 N10) scored multiple runs in all but the first inning.

MORRAL — Connor Byrne gave up just one unearned run on three hits and two walks with two strikeouts to lead the Upper Sandusky baseball team to its third straight win, 8-1 at Ridgedale on Tuesday.

MORRAL — Upper Sandusky’s girls and boys track and field teams won a Northern 10 Athletic Conference tri-meet Tuesday at Ridgedale. The Rams girls dominated with 122 points, while Buckeye Central topped Ridgedale, 47-10, for third. The Rams boys topped the Rockets, 88-69, while the Bucks scored 11 points.

CAREY — Pleasant blew open a close game with a seven-run sixth inning in a 10-5 non-conference baseball victory against Carey on Tuesday.

ATTICA — Short-handed Mohawk came in third in both the girls and boys competitions in a tri-meet Tuesday at Seneca East.

NORTH ROBINSON — For the second day in a row Tuesday, Wynford dropped a 9-0 decision to Colonel Crawford in a Northern 10 Athletic Conference softball game.

CAREY — Mohawk’s win streak is still going at six, and a couple of the balls the Warriors hit Monday night might be, too. A Tanner Osborn grand slam to left field in the sixth inning opened up a comfortable lead, and Rico Lopez rode out a complete game in an 8-2 Mohawk victory at Carey on Monday.

CAREY — Both teams had chances in the seventh inning, but it was Carey that made the most of them. The Blue Devils’ defense came through with good plays in the top of the inning and then came through at the plate, winning on Dani Berardinelli-Clark’s sacrifice fly, in a 3-2 victory against Mohawk on Monday.

Jevon Dible delivered the game-winning hit with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning to give Upper Sandusky a 15-14 victory against Ridgedale in a Northern 10 Athletic Conference baseball game Monday. Down 14-12 beginning the inning, Upper Sandusky (4-7, 2-1 N10) got walks from Cole Sowers and Sam Musgrave with a strikeout in between.
