TIFFIN — The Tiffin Area Football Officials will be conducting a class to license individuals to officiate OHSAA football. The class will begin in late July with registration needed as soon as possible.

Sign-ups for Midget League Football cheerleading are 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Upper Sandusky Fire Department. Players and cheerleaders must be at least 9 years old and no older than 12 by Aug. 1.

SYCAMORE — The Sycamore Soccer League is accepting registrations through Saturday. Area players ages 5 by Aug. 1 through eighth grade are eligible.

KENTON — Wynford’s Jacob Beaschler finished fourth in the 13-15 division of the Heart of Ohio Junior Golf Association tournament Thursday at Memorial Park Golf Course in Kenton.

TOLEDO — A course for beginning high school soccer referees is Tuesday, Wednesday, July 14 and July 17 in Toledo. Attendees must be 18 years old.

WHARTON — Wharton Festival 5K Glow Run steps off at 8 p.m. July 15 at Wharton Community Park. Registration begins at 7 p.m. and costs $20.
