A deputy found a 17-year-old boy walking without a shirt near Ohio 67 and CH 119, Upper Sandusky, the morning of Aug. 3.

Cyler M. Eakin, Findlay, was arrested by the Findlay Police Department on a warrant issued by Upper Sandusky Municipal Court for failure to comply with court orders on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to Wyandot County the evening of Aug. 2.

Maira N. Malik, Horseheads, New York, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and cited for failure to control and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle the night of Aug. 1 after a crash on U.S. 30 east of CH 330.

Billie J. Perkins, Upper Sandusky, was arrested on a warrant in the 300 block of West Wyandot Avenue the morning of Aug. 11. Codie N. Ray, Upper Sandusky, was arrested on a warrant in the 700 block of North Eighth Street the morning of Aug. 11.

The director of the Carey Conservation Club reported underage drinking on the campground the morning of July 24. Adam A. Luxon, Carey, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia and charged for underage consumption.

A motorist reported loose cows in the 13000 block of Ohio 67 the evening of July 23. A caller reported several unwanted people, including a relative, were trying to gain entry to a camper at Smokey’s Campground the evening of July 23.

Chadd R. Gibson, Tiffin, was cited for driving under FRA suspension early the morning of July 23 following a traffic stop for no front license plate in downtown Upper Sandusky. A passenger, Faith Breanne Hambey, Tiffin, was arrested for underage consumption following a traffic stop in downtown Upper Sandusky early the morning of July 23.

An Upper Sandusky man reported the afternoon of Aug. 7 his car was broken into in the 500 block of East Bigelow Street and his license, student identification, a photo of him with his father and about $6 were taken. Troy A. Howard, Columbus, was cited for driving under a license forfeiture suspension and warned for expired license plates at the intersection of U.S. 23 and East Wyandot Avenue the afternoon of Aug. 7.

A caller reported a vehicle left at Pilot Travel Center early the morning of Aug. 7. The caller also reported the driver was acting strange.

A woman reported her neighbor shut off the water to her apartment in the 300 block of West Wyandot Avenue early the morning of Aug. 6. The neighbor advised the bathroom leaks into his bedroom.
