William J. Richel, Wyandotte, Michigan, and Mary J. Lofton, Marion, Indiana, were cited for parking where signs prohibit on Comfort Drive the evening of July 13. A woman in the 400 block of West Hicks Street reported a neighbor made threats the night of July 13.

A man in the 100 block of North Hazel Street reported a neighbor violated a protection order the afternoon of July 8. The neighbor reported the complainant was the instigator. A report was to be forward to the prosecutor’s office.

An officer was dispatched to the Upper Sandusky Municipal Court for a possibly intoxicated subject wanting to drive home. The woman in question agreed to perform FASTS tests.

An Upper Sandusky woman reported someone had been breaking keys off in the door locks of her residence in the 400 block of O’Donnell Street the afternoon of July 7.

An Upper Sandusky man was questioned during a traffic stop after he was seen driving at a slow rate of speed the morning of July 6.

A resident in the 300 block of East Seventh Street, Sycamore, reported her cable line was ripped out by a passing semi the morning of July 12. She advised it was the third time a semi had hit her cable line.

A deputy responded to a 911 call from an intoxicated man in the 17000 block of Ohio 231, Nevada, the night of July 5. The deputy learned from the owner of the residence that the man, a live-in friend, had been drinking with neighbors and came home very drunk.

Amber M. Hilvers, Wharton, was cited for no operator’s license after a single-car accident on TH 46 east of TH 79 the morning of June 23. Hilvers was traveling westbound when she reportedly fell asleep, drove off the left side of the roadway and struck a pile of rocks.

Jesus Vargas-Manjarrez, Upper Sandusky, was cited for domestic violence after an officer responded to a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of North Warpole Street the evening of June 26. Joseph D. Sadoski, Columbus, was warned for red reflector required on U.S. 23/30 at CH 121 the night of June 26.

Meriah K. Prenzlin, Sycamore, was transported from the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office to Wyandot County Common Pleas Court for a community control violation hearing the morning of June 24. She was returned to Seneca County at the conclusion of the hearing.
