Safety blotter: April 14, 2016 Rickey T. Perrin, Findlay, was arrested in Lucas County on two bench warrants out of Upper Sandusky Municipal Court and transported back to the Wyandot County Jail. The first warrant was for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana and the second warrant was for driving under a non-compliance suspension, insufficient exhaust, driving under an FRA suspension and a safety belt violation. Sycamore man to role in church arson A Sycamore man admitted to helping a friend start a fire last fall at the building that was the home of the former Smithville United Methodist Church. Nevada L. Frost, 20, pleaded guilty to complicity to arson, a fourth-degree felony, on Tuesday in Wyandot County Common Pleas Court for his role in starting the fire at the former church on Ohio 67 at CH 42.
