City council receives updated yard maintenance ordinance to consider Changes have been made to a draft yard maintenance ordinance to be proposed in the city of Upper Sandusky, and council is expected to hold the first reading of the ordinance at its next meeting. Law director Mark Ellis distributed the updated copies of an ordinance to create a chapter in the city’s codified ordinances establishing rules for the maintenance of personal property in or on the exterior areas of residential properties.
