Man convicted of GSI involving minor released from prison A Sycamore man was released from the custody of the state of Ohio on Monday after a judicial release was granted by Judge Kate Aubry in the Wyandot County Common Pleas Court. Richard F. Orr II was released from the custody of Chillicothe Correctional Institution, where he had been incarcerated since August 2014 after pleading guilty to gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony.
