HHWP CAC’s HEAP summer electric bill assistance starts Friday FINDLAY — The Hardin Hancock Wyandot Putnam Community Action Commission’s HEAP 2016 summer crisis program will begin Friday and continue through Aug. 31, or until funding is fully exhausted. The program can provide a payment of as much as $300 toward a regulated or as much as $500 toward an unregulated electric bill, a window air conditioner and/or a box fan or tower oscillating electric fan.
