Roads closed after train derailment CAREY — Several roads north of Carey remained closed this morning after the derailment of several cars carrying stones to a quarry located in the village early Wednesday evening. At press time, the Wheeling Lake Erie crossing on CH 16 remained blocked by the train and CH 16 and TH 105 are closed until the crossing can be cleared after the derailment of the train going to National Lime and Stone that occurred about 7:23 p.m. Wednesday.
