SYCAMORE — The Sycamore parks committee on Tuesday decided to wait less than a week to allow more applications to come in for the pool before council’s final vote on whether to open it this summer season. TIFFIN — An Upper Sandusky man has been charged in Seneca County with compelling prostitution, a third-degree felony. Ken W. Gottfried, 58, was arrested Tuesday, according to the Advertiser-Tribune.
