Sheriff Michael R. Hetzel has released his activity report for the month of February:

Frank W. Bauer IV, Hamilton, charged by the sheriff with vehicular homicide and vehicular manslaughter, pretrial held, trial set for April 26.

Shane M. Stewart, Lindsay Parkins and Lindsay Stewart to Victoria A. Shepherd, 1/3 interest in property in Upper Sandusky.

Jane M. Shrider, registrar of vital statistics at the Wyandot County Health Department, reports there were 14 births and 39 deaths in the county during January. Births include 10 females and four males; deaths include 18 females and 21 males. Fifty-one certified birth and 147 certified death certificates were issued. Forty-three burial permits were issued.

Sheldon L. Doogs, Upper Sandusky, charged by the sheriff with misconduct at an emergency, trial held to court, found guilty. Dashayla A. Allen, Columbus, charged by the patrol with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, pretrial held, continued to April 4.
