MARSEILLES — A recycling drive is scheduled for 8:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at Marseilles Park. Items accepted are aluminum and steel cans, clear and colored glass, newspapers, magazines, plastic food containers, cardboard and chipboard. The next drive will be Jan. 28.

SYCAMORE — Ciarra Oesch, a seventh-grade student at Mohawk Junior High School, has taken the first step to becoming an internationally recognized artist by winning a local competition sponsored by the Sycamore Lions Club.

Jaclyn Reinhart, of Sycamore, is the mother of a girl, Justice Grace Reinhart. She was born at 8:04 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. She weighed 5 pounds, 13.8 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Mohawk Women’s Literary Club SYCAMORE — The Mohawk Women’s Literary Club met recently at the Mohawk Community Library.
