USMS hopes to raise $100,000 through Box Tops program

Upper Sandusky Middle School has set a goal this school year to collect 100,000 Box Tops to raise $100,000 in a program that helps offset the cost for the school trip to Washington, D.C. Box Tops for Education is a program started by General Mills that helps communities provide students the tools needed for success by generating cash that can be used for whatever is needed most.

Wyandot County 4-H to host kickoff event Feb. 5

The Wyandot County 4–H Advisory Council will host a pancake breakfast and sausage meal fundraiser and 4-H family kickoff event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 5 at the Wyandot County Fairgrounds dining hall. Admission to the event is free, but a monetary donation of the diners’ choice is required for the meal that will include all-you-can-eat pancakes and Bob Evans sausage.
