TIFFIN — Court-Appointed Special Advocates of Seneca, Sandusky and Wyandot Counties will present a mystery dinner fundraiser at 7 p.m. Feb. 11 at the Great Hall at Heidelberg University, Tiffin. Tickets are $30 per person and include dinner.
