Parenting class now available in Wyandot Co.

Wyandot County Help Me Grow and Hannah’s House Supervised Visitation and Exchange Home are teaming up to offer parenting classes for parents of newborns through children age 6 years. The Incredible Years is a program designed to teach parents play, praise, limit setting and discipline for their young children.

Exhibit shows off nature pics

CRESTLINE — Crawford Park District will host its 2017 Nature Photography Exhibit from February 13-28 at the Lowe-Volk Park Nature Center, Crestline. This celebration of nature as seen through the eyes of 12 accomplished photographers is designed to inspire new insights and reaffirm a person’s love and respect for the natural world.

Tonight’s fundraiser benefits CASA

TIFFIN — Court-Appointed Special Advocates of Seneca, Sandusky and Wyandot Counties will present a mystery dinner fundraiser at 7 p.m. today at the Great Hall at Heidelberg University, Tiffin. Tickets are $30 per person and include dinner.

Dance event to benefit CASA

The seventh annual Sandusky County Stars Dancing for CASA, or Court-Appointed Special Advocates, will take place April 1 at The Heights/American Legion, 2000 Buckland Ave., Fremont. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for the 7 p.m. show.

Kindergarten registration now open in USEVS

Kindergarten registration now is open to all residents of Upper Sandusky Exempted Village Schools. Children who will be 5 years old on or before Aug. 1 are required by law to register and be screened. Registration is available on the school district’s website at www.usevs.org.
