Two vehicle crash A two-vehicle crash on U.S. 23 and CH 113 sent three people to the hospital Friday night. Brittany Fraizer, Michigan, was driving her Ford Focus southbound on U.S. 23 when she thought the intersection with CH 113 was a curve and struck the front left side of the Chrysler PT Cruiser occupied by Melvin and Shirley Dible of Upper Sandusky, pushing the vehicle into a ditch.
