Phyllis Walter Posted on August 19, 2025 0 Phyllis K. Walter, age 83, of Upper Sandusky, passed away Monday, Aug. 18, 2025, at the Willows at Tiffin. Funeral services for Phyllis Walter are at 1 p.m. Friday at Lucas Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. Steve Anstine. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Uppre Sandusky Church of the Nazarene and/or a charity of the donor’s choice, and can be sent to Lucas Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
