County Road 58, Bloomville, died at 7:45 p.m., Friday, June 23, 2017 at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus. She was 56. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, with the Rev. Karen Frazier Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
