Richard R. Miller Posted on February 8, 2017 0 Richard R. Miller Richard R. Miller of Upper Sandusky died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017 at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was 91. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Bringman-Clark Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. Rick Snyder officiating. Interment will follow at Old Mission Cemetery with full military honors conducted by Upper Sandusky Veteran’s Color Guard. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Wyandot County Hospice and Salem United Methodist Church in care of Bringman-Clark Funeral Home, 226 E. Wyandot Ave., Upper Sandusky OH 43351.
