Upper gets 3 wins against Seneca East

Upper Sandusky’s seventh grade girls basketball team doubled up Seneca East 36-18 on Monday.

Karlee Rall led the Rams (3-1) with 14 points, while Reese Leightey scored 11 points.

Also scoring were Meredith Karcher, five points; Harper Fahle, four points; and Kallyn Schnieder, two points.

The Upper Sandusky eighth grade girls basketball team beat Seneca East 29-17 on Monday.

Chloe Beeler had 13 points to lead the Rams (4-1).

Also scoring were Makenna Banta, seven points; Corrine Also scoring were Makenna Banta, seven points; Corrine Minehart, four points; Madeline Tucker, three points; and Hudsyn Edgington, two points.

ATTICA — The Upper Sandusky seventh grade boys basketball team topped Seneca East 44-15 on Monday.

Liam McCreary led the Rams (3-2) with 15 points.

Also scoring were Graham Moses and Sam Smith, eight points each; Cooper Brant, seven points; and Owen King and Liam North, three points each.

MOUNT BLANCHARD —Riverdale’s seventh grade girls basketball team rolled past Arcadia 36-16 on Saturday.

Leah Riegle led the Falcons (5-1, 3-1 Blanchard Valley Conference) with 12 points, while Bailey Spiegel scored 10 points. Grace Riegle added seven points.

MOUNT BLANCHARD —Riverdale edged Arcadia 24-18 in an eighth grade girls basketball game Saturday.

Bailey Spiegel scored 11 points for the Falcons (2-3, 1-2 BVC). Ava Miller and Alex McBride scored four points each.

MOUNT BLANCHARD —Riverdale’s seventh grade girls basketball team jumped out to a quick lead and beat Pandora-Gilboa 25-4 on Monday.

Bailey Spiegel led the Falcons (6-1, 4-1 BVC) with 14 points. Grace Riegle and Zoey Washburn scored four points each.

MOUNT BLANCHARD —Riverdale’s eighth grade girls basketball team beat Pandora-Gilboa 25-16 on Monday.

Alex McBride had nine points to lead the way for the Falcons (3-3, 2-2 BVC). Zoey Washburn scored five points, and Ava Miller added four points.

MOUNT BLANCHARD —Mohawk defeated Riverdale 51-19 in an eighth grade boys basketball game Saturday, with every player scoring for the second time this season.

Chance Collene tallied 17 points, while Grady Wilkins had 11 points for the Warriors.

Also scoring were Liam Martinez, seven points; Liam Zender, six points; Tucker Ekleberry, four points; and TJ Martin, Reid Jacoby and Logan Clouse, two points apiece.

SYCAMORE

SYCAMORE — The Mohawk eighth grade boys basketball team ran away from Buckeye Central 63-32 on Monday.

Grady Wilkins had a huge double-double of 18 points and 15 rebounds for the Warriors. Chance Collene scored 22 points, and Liam Martinez finished with 17 points.
