CAREY — Alvin D. Risner, of rural Fostoria, died at 10:03 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017 at his residence surrounded by family. He was 78. Born April 13, 1938 in Carey, he was a son of the late Clay and Polly (Puckett) Risner.
