CAREY — Virginia A. Miller, of Carey, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021, at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky. She was 84. A private Mass will be held at The Basilica of Our Lady of Consolation in Carey with the Rev. John Bamman officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carey.

CAREY — Donna Mae Lee, formerly of Carey, died Friday, Jan. 22, 2021, at Primrose Assisted Living in Findlay. She was 92. Funeral arrangements are pending at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey.

CAREY — Susan C. Stowe, of Carey, died unexpectedly Monday, Jan. 18, 2021, at her home. She was 54. At Mrs. Stowe’s request, there will be no visitation or service at this time. She will be cremated and placed in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania at a later date.

Ian D. Ekleberry, of Upper Sandusky, died Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was 43. Arrangements are pending with Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.

FOREST — Lee Edward Ellcessor, of Forest, died Jan. 16, 2021, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, in Findlay. He was 88. A visitation is 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Clark Shields Funeral Home. The funeral is at noon with the Rev. David Odegard officiating. Burial will follow at Hueston Cemetery.

SYCAMORE — Arthur Ziegler, of Tiffin, and formerly of Melmore, died at 12:06 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021, at The Willows of Tiffin. He was 86. Funeral arrangements are pending at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore.

CAREY — D.J. Bays, of Carey, died at 4:23 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021, at Mercy Health-St. Anne Hospital in Toledo. He was 43. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date in Spring Grove Cemetery, Carey.

CAREY — Ruth E. Dirmeyer, of Carey, died at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021, at Birchaven Village in Findlay. She was 92. A private family graveside service will be held in Spring Grove Cemetery, in Carey, with the Rev. William Schultz officiating.
