Piper Lyn Bailey was born at 10:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky. She was 20.5 inches long and weighed 8 pounds. The maternal grandparents are Karen Lawrence, of Upper Sandusky, and Joseph Lawrence, of Forest. The paternal grandparents are Michelle Mosman Bailey, of Sycamore, and John Bailey, of Sycamore.
