Van Buren avenges earlier loss to Upper VAN BUREN — When the Upper Sandusky baseball team faced Van Buren pitcher Angel Garcia on April 5 amidst 38 degree temperatures, his curveball wasn’t moving as expected. Fast forward one month and six days, and although the conditions were still unseasonably cold, this time, Garcia pitched a two-hit shutout for five innings as the Black Knights overwhelmed the Rams 10-0 in a five inning run-ruled victory.
