Seat belt video contest winners named Representatives from the Wyandot County Safe Communities Coalition met Thursday at the new EMS/EMA building in Upper Sandusky to announce the winners of a multi-media video contest for local high schoolers on seat belt usage. The event highlighted the kickoff of the 2018 “Click it or Ticket” campaign, which begins May 21 and lasts two weeks.
